Our individual cottages come in a choice of airconditioned or fan-cooled cottages. They are specially constructed with good ventilation in mind and do not get overly hot, unlike the concrete jungle of Port Blair city.
The rejuvenating forest air keeps evenings cool at Wandoor. All cottages have large bathrooms with water heaters for shower. We have TVs in our AC cottages, but we encourage our guests to take the opportunity to enjoy the quiet serenity of our surroundings.

WANDOOR VILLAGE
Anugama Resort is located in Wandoor, about 26 km from the airport, and you will be treated by a journey through lush green hills and forest. Taxis are available, as are buses that travel directly from Port Blair.
We also offer pickup services to and from the airport with our resort vehicle.
Anugama is not your average city hotel. We are surrounded by jungle, as well as natural lakes formed by the tsunami. As a result we have frogs, storks, iguanas, mudskippers, owls and host of unique flora and fauna that share our resort with us.

Wandoor Beach is a very quiet and serene stretch of sand that is home to an interesting array of flora and fauna. There are many indigenous birds such as the Andaman serpent eagle which can be spotted amongst the vegetation, with a pair of binoculars.

REDSKIN islands
Jollybouy and Redskin are located in Mahatma Gandhi National Park. They are beautiful islands with a rich marine and coral life that has been protected for the privilege of visitors to experience first hand. Ferries depart from Wandoor Jetty to these islands daily.
